We are pleased to share an exciting update regarding the portfolio management team supporting the MMDT Cash Portfolio.

We are delighted to announce that Mark Weiss, CFA, Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, will assume the role of Head of the Prime Liquidity Group at Federated Hermes, succeeding Paige Wilhelm, Senior Vice President and current Head of the Prime Liquidity Group. Mark has partnered closely with Paige for many years and has long served as a co-portfolio manager of the MMDT Cash Portfolio. His deep expertise, strong leadership, and longstanding involvement with the team position him exceptionally well to guide the group and ensure a seamless transition. Deborah Cunningham, CFA, who oversees Global Liquidity Markets, will continue to serve as a key member of the team and co-portfolio manager of the MMDT Cash Portfolio.

Following an accomplished 41-year career at Federated Hermes, Paige Wilhelm has announced her retirement effective July 1, 2026. We extend our heartfelt appreciation for her many years of dedication, leadership, and meaningful contributions, and we wish her all the very best in her next chapter.

Participants can remain confident that the MMDT Cash Portfolio continues to be supported by a seasoned, stable, and highly experienced portfolio management team.
